Can I transfer not PSN psx eboots to ps3? Tin somebody tell me if possible how and if not why? I'k asking because their disc rips not psn downloads.

Yeah yous can transfure all you lot like you just can't employ em the aforementioned equally yous can't use none PSN download eBoots on an unmodded PSP
I never looked at those signed games though, that may or may non work (I will go with not work though)

Really no you lot tin't considering y'all need to sync your accounts to do this and seen as you are using a modded console it'southward not going to happen that and the game is non from whatever account
Should of said you can try all you like....
Yous can just transfure the salvage data
If you lot are wanting to play via a Television then just emulate the game on your PC and hook the PC upwards to your Television receiver either by HDMI or VGA (A/V if yous have the connections to practice so)
Employ your PS3 controller on your PC (there are driver sets around to practise that at present)

New question sorta off subject but I heard there's a ps2 emulator for the ps3 does that have psn iso's or is disc only?

PSN just
the first PS3 could run actual PS2 and PS1 CD'southward and DVD's (i or 2 model subsequently aswell, simply not even all the bulky ones tin play those)
At present you tin can simply play PS1 and PS2 via PSN downloads.... glad I have a PS3, PS2 and a PSone not forgetting the PSP, specially the PSone and PS2 as I have a huge collection of original games
